All purchases are final. Payments are processed through Stripe. ChainVerse does not store your payment information.

Creators set a royalty percentage at listing. Royalties are automatically enforced on secondary sales.

Users may not engage in fraud, money laundering, market manipulation, or any illegal activities on the platform.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

8. Limitation of Liability

ChainVerse is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any losses incurred through the use of the platform.
